I've taken several cars to Ivan's for repairs over the years. Most recently, after sliding on the ice and coming to rest against a giant yellow pole at the entrance to Sharon's parking garage. Mike was very helpful with repair questions and any concerns about additional damages related to my claim, and also helping to coordinate with the rental company until I got my car back.
