I was having issues with my Toshiba laptop, within 2 hours they called with the problem and had me back up and running in a few days, reloaded my software and installed a new hard drive, now I am back up and running. I would recommend there services.

I recently used the services of Total Computer Solutions for two laptops. The first one had simply died and they were honest enough to tell me if was not worth putting more money into. I appreciated that. The second computer had a virus and that problem was taken care of. Also when I picked it up they were very helpful and patient with me as I asked questions ... even taking the time to go to particular areas/programs of my computer that I did not understand.
