      I really like how friendly and inviting the dentist office is. I also have to say that Dr. Downs is very helpful and caring. She pulled a tooth for me and I really did not even feel it. Great customer service!

      I truly appreciate the personal touches to this dental office. Everyone in the office is friendly and attentive, I definitely feel welcomed when coming into the dentistry.

      I have been going to Dr. Downs for quite a while now and I always spread the word on how fantastic Dr. Downs and the staff at Progressive dental are! I know I will never be disappointment when going to Progressive because of the fact that the staff has such high standards!
