I called last minute and they were able to get a fresh arrangement out right away, at the funeral it looked just great and represented our family very well. thanks for all the help and fast delivery.

Not happy so far...we will see if and how they make it right. Ordered an arrangement online last night - delivery timely today, but arrangement is something very inferior to what ordered. (embarassing) Waiting to see how they fix this problem.....
