The owner and staff went over and beyond, the customer service was outstanding!! With two daughters I have shopped there numerous times and have never been disappointed! i will drive the 6 hour round trip drive whenever i or my daughters are in need for a dress.

I am 1 of 8 bridesmaids. The bride picked this place to get our dresses. She already knew what she wanted and had been taking to the owner prior to our appointment. It was scheduled at 1:30. The owner said she was busy with about customer, sorry, it would be a few minutes. 10 minutes til 2 she was finally ready for us. We are a large group, spending a lot of money in her shop, but she did not have any dresses similar to what the bride wanted, there was nothing for is to try on. She kept leaving us during our appointment, which ended up being mostly measuring us, to help other customers. She suggested a lady to do our alterations, she couldn't give any kind of estimates because she was not the seamstress, that I can understand. I have ced her suggested seamstress 3 times, a cell number, and left a message with my name and number. It's been a week and no call back. Just the kind of professionalism I expected considering who recommended her. If you have the option, because I did not, I would absolutely go anywhere else. Very rude, very unprofessional!
