Recently new management has taken over & the quality of living at the Courtyards has declined. New managment refuses to address problems and takes a "don't bother me" approach. There is absolutely NO help from the property manager regarding problems involving the property or any other situations that arise. Rent gradually increases, parking restrictions become more abundant, and most maintenance done around the rental property is "half-hearted". Snow removal is poor in the winter. There is no access for people with disabilities. Heating during the cold months is poor.
