Asked if they could launder my comforter as the dog urinated on it. They told me that they do not service articles that have any blood, urine or any other bodily fluid on it...that it was unsanitary. A laundry and dry clean service for clothes and bedding but no body fluids are to have left a stain or they will not clean it, is it me or is that absurd??? Took it to another establishment little further away, they did a great job and said that proclamation was absurd...don't see this place making it...I'll never go their again.

Took a shirt there with a few spots that I pointed out. When I picked up spots were still there and there was a hole in the shirt. Pointed out to owner who started screaming at me that he didn't put the hole in the shirt and that he is tired of people complaining of spots and damage to their clothes. He was cursing and calling me names and told me to get of his store. When I said I was going to small claims court he screamed that I didn't know who he was and that he had a team of lawyers.
