i've delt with SMKW for over 30 years. bought thousands of $ of knives and NEVER had a bad transaction!!! they are also giving FREE space to house the nkca musem items after poor management of the nkca and the musem caused them to loose their beautiful facility. anyone ordering via mail 15 days before Xmas without some form of expedited delivery and expecting to get it, should be collecting unicorns or fairy dolls, not knives!!!

I will never order from here again! I placed an order on Dec. 10th thinking that there would be plenty of time for it to get here by Christmas. I was wrong. Since I didn't pay more money for "upgraded shipping" my order was put on the back burner. When I called on Dec. 21st to find out were my order was I was first told that it hadn't even shipped yet. Then after holding for a few minutes the woman came back on the phone and told me it was on a truck but they had no idea when I would receive it but it would not be before Christmas. These people obviously do not care about customer retention!
