Today is a first for me, when a business is good, Im a happy woman I go on about my life, give references to friends when they may be looking for a similar service but rarely do I scream with delight for all the world to hear. I hired this company, Jeff Foster to inspect the house of my dreams prior to purchase. I was and still am so in love with what I saw, that I never imagined I would let the house of my dreams go, based on what I couldn't see. Jeff, saved me from buying a nightmare, and from thousands of dollars of future repairs, he worked for ME, not the realtors, not the sellers trying to sell the house ME. He even encouraged us to be there during the inspection. He took calls and questions before I even hired him!! And, made an emergency trip out to the house to do a follow up when repairs were supposed to have been made, that were not. He had my back thru the entire process and I would hire him again, in a heartbeat! Jeff I want to thank you for everything you did for me, it was a very stressful time for our family, it was nice having you in our corner! Thanks again!
Tim, from Lake Ozark REI was very friendly and complimentary regarding the house we were looking to purchase. He said he was very impressed with the home and found no major problems. Shortly after moving in, I found a serious foundation issue, a mold problem, and rotting siding; all very visible. Shame on me for trusting these guys and not taking a closer look myself before buying the property. He refused to have a second look at the property.
Very professional home inspection and was the most reasonably priced at the lake!! They took the time to explain everything to me in detail and even did a follow-up a few weeks later. Very Impressive. Will definitely use them again when the time comes.
