I had to drop off a heavy, expensive piece of electronic equipment for special mailing. The manager of the store helped me carry it inside and helped me find the best shipping deal. I was assured that my equipment would arrive in one piece. Very professional and helpful!

Good people and seem to care. We have a mailbox here and have always had good service. They forward our mail when requested and have never had a problem. Would recommend.

This afternoon I called the UPS store in Sequim Washington and asked the worker there whether or not the driver would pick up a return package when he makes a delivery if I left it out by the door. He said he didn't know - that it would depend on the driver. I said "You don't know much" and hung up. He called back and left a message saying it was impolite for me to hang up and that a stupid question deserves a stupid answer! It may not have been polite for me to hang up but it was not a stupid question and it was, I believe, a stupid answer, as he said. I cannot believe that UPS does not have a policy as to when the driver picks up a return package left at the door or not. I think this was poor and rude service.

what a great lunch value .... under $5.00? Wow, had 2 large slices and a coke ... it was so good we took the family back for dinner ..... love the pizza but the spagetti and lasagna was great too!
