TenCate Fabrics manufactures a variety of textile and textile related products and operates an in-house UL and NFPA approved lab and research facility. Its manufacturing processes include yarn formation, weaving, piece dyeing, knitting, non-wovens, and cut and sew operations. TenCate Fabrics' products include rawhide laundry nets, grass catcher bags and protective clothing for professionals working in dangerous environments including firefighters, petroleum and utility workers, race car drivers and military service personnel. Its products are sold through more than 700 distributors in 35 countries worldwide. The company sells its products into the marketplace through distributors and does not sell directly to the consumer. The company operates five manufacturing facilities.
