Responsive, reliable, and reasonable! I live over 700 miles away from my mom whos AC broke this summer. I explained to Daniel, the owner, that I did not want my mom to worry about the repair or the costs and had to manage all this for her. Daniel, the owner, completely understood and explained how he planned to help. A service person was scheduled to look at the problem the same day. What a pleasant surprise, he arrived as planned! Before leaving, he filled the AC with Freon so my mom would not swelter in the heat. Daniel called me with two options both reasonably priced. He also explained that he did not plan to charge us for the Freon. (appx. $300+) He installed a new the next day and removed the old one. No mess. No fuss. Daniel and his staff were extremely responsive, clearly defined and met all expectations, and did all this for a very reasonable cost. As far as Daniels character, he displayed respect, professionalism, and compassion.
