I receive great service at the PO but as a rural customer, I often find my mailbox open after my mail is delivered. I often see the same problem on my road. My mailbox is old but I do try to make sure it closes. My neigbor's mailbox is new and their mailbox is open just a frequently as mine. I realize that the mail delivery person has alot of work but they need to take the time to make sure our mailboxes are closed, securely.
