I have lived here for over 8 years. I am FULLY employed, and take NO entitlements of ANY kind. I have seen this apartment complex transform from a half filled, deadbeat complex; to a new owner, that in just a few years, has accomplished the following; 1: All new roofs 2: All new siding 3: All new blown in insulation 4: All new side walks 5: All new doors and windows 6: A new Laundromat, which is cleaned completely EVERY day. (I have never seen a machine down for more than 24 hours.) 7: Maintenance that lives on the premises, that has ALWAYS taken care of real issues immediately. 8: A very well maintained, kept, clean adjoining town park for kids. 9: When I had some unexpected large bills, Greg the owner, and Jodi the manager have ALWAYS worked with me fairly. 10: This is a GREAT complex, and I recommend it to starting families, college students, and working people starting out in life.
