I don't why someone would have a business and be so unprofessional and rude on the phone. The person that answered the business line didn't identify the business when answering the phone and when I asked if it was Nicandri Small Engine Repair he said "Yeh, what do you want". Shockingly rude and short. If he isn't the owner, he should NEVER be allowed to answer the phone or deal with the customers. If he is the owner, he will never get my business.

Called today and was disappointed that he was Unfriendly and swore on the phone. Very RUDE!!! Dont know why, needs better phone manners.
