Midey, Mirras and Ricci apparently,hires incompetent attorneys for the purpose of generating billing hours, but who are incompetent, as Joseph Midiri has proven to be during the past 7 months of representing me in family court. Mr Midiri waited 2 months before he contacted me to discuss my case. He scheduled numerous appointments that he failed to attend or informed me were cancelled. He was consistent with arguing with me and often was very confrontational when I asked him to be effective as my counsel. He centered on his own agenda and failed to achieve conclusive results. Mr. Midirri did not take the time to develop a strategy. It's my belief does not know how to do so. This firm did not provided me with effective counsel. In fact, it appears Mr Midiri knows very little about law and client relationships. With more than 20 attorneys representing me during the past 25 years, Mr Midiri is without doubt the most incompetent and confrontational counsel I have experienced to date. It's your choice whether you trust this firm to represent you, but you may be disappointed with their performance when it comes to representing you. Take the time to locate competent counsel which take effective actions to arrive at your intent. Make certain your counsel develops a wining strategy and reviews it with you before selecting them.
