My computer crashed and I had made back-up disks. Wasn't sure what to do and everything I read and tried wasn't working. Was referred to Tim by a friend and so thankful! Reasonable prices, always on time, extremely knowledgeable and perfect job completed the first visit.

Tim came recommended to us by a trusted friend and he has never let us down. He normally fixes a problem(s) in one visit or I can call him and he will walk me through the problem or will answer my questions on the spot! He is available by phone and usually answers it during the day. The few times that I have had to leave a voice message; it was returned promptly.

My husband and I have managed two multi unit beach rentals for the last 8 years and receive both business inquiries for them plus our own personal usuage on our computer, so when I need help - I need it THEN! We have spent many dollars trying different technicians; who said they were "experts" but weren't. We have paid for work to be done and then paid someone else to fix what the last tech did or didn't do.

Tim is not only a refreshing breath of both professionalism and knowledge; he is truly a nice and honest person too!

We have been using his service for over a year and needless to say; he is the only one that touches my computer. I have given quite a few friends his name and they too are pleased with his service.

My son is a Computer Engineer with a huge corporation, but unfortunately lives far away and works so many hours that I don't ask him to get on my computer remotely to do what Tim does for us. When my son visited recently, he thoroughly checked out my computer and he too was pleased with what Tim has done.
