Bay Fitness Florida is an up and coming fitness center in the Seminole, Florida area! Formerly elements fitness- now under new owners and name change. We offer a wide rage of machines, classes and services. Enjoy our indoor pool after a good workout or relax in one of our Yoga classes. Also join us for some other classes like Cardio Strength, Zumba or our new LesMills classes! We are adding new things every day so stop on by for a tour! Daycare offered.
