Bob is a crook and rude. His tech charged 75 dollars to come out and blow us off and then when I call back he sets up a time and doesn't come back. Then bob is incredibly rude. Refused to refund our money. Filed complaint with the BBB. PLEASE TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE
