This place is a complete JOKE! First they send someone out who doesn't know what he is doing, orders wrong parts and when someone else shows up to install the parts he now claims the first guy messed up which is why the guy is no longer with them. Dryer has been out for 2 months and they find no urgency to make things right. Apt schedule to repair correct pieces and then day of repair we get a message stating their 'system' is down and will have to reschedule. Over my dead body!!! Insurance agency called and requested that they never be used again. Horrible service and FRAUD!!!!

worst experience ever dealing with a repair. best buy contracted them for warranty work on my washer. they did not keep original appointment and rescheduled for a week later. they came and said they had to order a part, would be a week. 2 weeks passed no call. called them and best buy and they assured me part would be in shop in a day. this happened 3 more times wasting 3 more weeks. its been 6 weeks and supposedly the part came in and they refused to install immediately instead having me wait another week for someone to come out and fix. so as I'm writing this i still have 3 days till i find out if they even got the right part at this point.

We bought a lowes and washer messed up this company or so called company waisted my time by sendinf someone that had no idea what to do or how to fix or washer ! Called to reschedule and the customer service lady's didn't schedule right and waisted another day of mine ! Ended up complaining to to them and wanted to speak to the owner but was never connected ! I had a warranty with the first service tec they sent out not they don't wanna come there warranty ! Terrible company!

We have a home warranty. We called with multiple problems. They had affordable appliance call us and schedule a repair. They came out the next day the technician Roger showed up in a very well marked Van was very hospitable took the time and diagnosed my issues he informed us it would take 5-7 days to complete the job. In fact it only took 4. I recommend them to my freinds and as a thank you the have us a discount on our next service. Thanks guys see you next time

I own a rental house in Selma and needed my stove fixed for my tenants and called these guys. Office staff was very courteous and helpful with my situation. The tech came out on time and fixed my stove quickly and was great about calling me and keeping me in the loop. I will call them again for any other problems.

Very unprofessional! Called five time no answer and one the time they did answer I got hung up! I only dealt with them because of insurance, never again. Lowes does not need to contract with them. Stay away from this business or you will regret it, like me!

I hate these guys. 6 months and they can't fix a refrig ice maker or dryer. They lose their service tickets, don't hardly answer their phones. Stay away from this business. Can't believe they are in business. 6 moths!!!!!!

worst company to do anything with. do not use this company. first appointment missed no call no nothing. second one needed to order a part. third had part but found out needed another part. fourth appointment called at 9:40 or so and we told them can not be there till 2:00 they go by house at 11:00 but nobody home as he was told and just never came back. called them and they say they only do appointments from 11 to 2 so as it goes no washer for over three weeks now

I had a technician out to my home last Wednesday to look at my refrigerator. The guy came out and did what I felt was a very thorough diagnosis and returned the very next day with the part to fix it. I would definetely recomend this company to other people. Their office staff was very nice to work with also!!!

If it was possible to give zero or a negative amount of stars I would. The "repairman" sent to my home spent less than five minutes staring at my diswasher before telling me it was working "up to spec". Hmmmm.... if the dishes are not being cleaned how is it "up to spec"? I was then told that they have no control if it is not working up to my standards. Seriously, is it too high of a standard to expect my dishwasher to clean my dishes?
