Hasn't happened once in the 4 years I've dealt with McC. Bros. My wife is not afraid to send her expensive clothing to the cleaner anymore. And all right to my front door. Just the fact that they actually care about the customer puts them head and shoulders above the vast majority of (mediocre) dry cleaners. What really puts them over the top is the consistency, attention to detail and overall quality of work. Always reliable, personable and accountable.

The quality is off the charts. Extremely reliable and convenient. The service on the phone and from my driver is exceptional. My clothes look incredible and they are picked up and delivered in my garage twice a week. All I have to do is leave my laundry bag in the designated spot and they take care of the rest. McCormick Brothers has completely eliminated the chore of getting my dry cleaning taken care of. Everything about them is professional. They have super clean, classy looking vans and I always know who is at my home because my driver is always in his uniform. They even bill my credit card so I don't have to worry about the bill. One of my favorite things is the fresh smell of the clothes. I don't know how they do it, but the smell of my clothes is so different from what I've experienced in the past. Truly in a class by themselves!
