Be aware from renting from Brian Farrell. I had to clean up after him and his farm never got anything in return (no money taken off rent). Unsanitary living conditions when i moved in blood clean up from a attempted suicide was never taken care of. Urine stained carpets so you could imagine when it got warm outside what that smell was like. I had asked if i could rip them out myself and sand the floors he said he would take care of it in the summer. Furnace went out numerous times and i was told with my 4 children in -10 degree weather i would have to stay til someone could come and fix it to bundle up and my child has severe asthma. I was always 2 weeks ahead in rent payed in cash and never was late in the 2 yrs i rented from him.
