I used the self service side to clean up my Westies. They have everything you need to clean up your pooch. The wash tub is waist high so you don't stress your back. You can use your own shampoo or they supply it. It was all so convenient and when you finish, that's it, out the door you go and they do the clean up. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Best of all, they keep it very clean/sanitary.
