I'm old enough to know how rare this kind of customer service is. Almost a year after the sale of a lawn mower, the young man who sold it to me came to my home to service the mower & get it started for me. Just a smile & "no charge" renewed my faith that a big business like Sears could still offer me a home-town feel. Our little store is genuine blessing to our community. Thanks!

I had A LOT of major problems with this store also. They seem nice, family works there but they will scam you. After fighting with them for 3 weeks I finally just returned my appliance. They gave me a floor model when I paid for and requested a new one twice. Delivery guy came alone so my daughter who weighs 100 lbs had to help carry in the appliance. When they charge my credit card they charged it for more then the total was but since they are a home store the main sears can't do anything about it- even though I had the receipt with concrete proof! They were caught in many lies. I still can't get over the way all of it was handled. Please beware and shop elsewhere. They can get away with ripping people off by almost $200 and nothing can be done even with receipts and hard written proof. They canceled my rebates before I even returned the product- before any of this ever started. So that was an $80 delivery fee I can never get back. CROOKS!!!! CROOKS!!! CROOKS!!!
