went to this clinic 3 times. It was ok for school physical. Last time will be last time ever because girl at desk was on phone on personal call and could be heard in lobby.

I love the doctor there that I always see. He helps me with the headaches I have been living with for years. He is always very professional and you can tell he care about his patients!!! I would recommend him to anyone. I drive an extra 25 mins just to go see him. :)

I walked in at 9:04 a.m., walked out at 10:26 a.m.. Dr. McNicoles was very fast with my diagnosis. They sent my prescription directly to my pharmacy so I didn't have to wait long. The staff was nice. For not feeling well, it went very fast, from sign in to walk out. Christie

My primary physician was on vacation, and after coughing for 2 weeks, I needed to be seen by a doctor. The doctor and staff could not have been nicer! The office was clean, and run very efficiently. It is great to know that this facility is around the corner and available to all who need attention. - Susan T

My family and I have been going to Express Care for many years. We have always been very pleased with all of the staff members. They provide outstanding care. I never feel rushed when I have questions or concerns. Their attitudes are always warm and friendly

Everyone at this clinic has always been kind & helpful,except one.On every visit that I had 'nurse Simone' she stared down without responding,& is just plain rude.It's as if she hated me,or had a black chip on her shoulder.Everyone else was always polite.I have chronic bladder infections that require frequent antibiotics.That bothered her.She told a new Dr."not to let me get him over a barrel,because I was just there two wks.prior."She continued gossiping about me in front of another patient,and made jokes about me.-Is that my fault? Is that funny? Is that the other 'male' patients business? NO.There is a HIPPA Law that 'should' be protecting my rights,but apparently patients are not taken seriously there,and neither is the LAW.This morning I broke my toe,& got stuck with her again.This time after coming into the room I'd been waiting in,she announced that she'd just refilled everything just before! Then looked at me as if I had stolen the cotton balls,or whatever it was.So rude!
