Our food just arrived a full hour after ordering, It was cold and had obviously been left sitting under a heat lamp (It was dry and stale tasting). I called the store and was immediately put on hold. When the other end finally picked up. I was shocked by the response I got to my complaint... by a so-called manager no less... "I don't know what you want me to do. The food was made, he showed up, he left." I then asked for her supervisor's name and number and was refused, obtaining only the name "STEVE" Well, STEVE, I hope you are proud of your management team, because they failed spectacularly today. You lost a customer and worse, you have a dis-satisfied customer who is willing to go to great lengths to tell others why NOT to go to your restaurants.

I have lived in Sedona for 18 years and Famous Pizza is the best pizza I have had! I work at the Red Agave Resort down the street and we tell everyone and we have never had a guest that didn't rave about the food! You can eat there inside or out on the patio. Don't be fooled because it is a small place~ they are busy all the time!

Great Pizza, nice locally owned establishment, fast polite service.
