      Wood's Gluten Free section is awesome. Now, if you can just add Udi Bread and Gluten Free Cream of Mushroom and Chicken you would be perfect. Lots of other organic foods. Finally, Sedalia has a supermarket that equals Hyvee. I was so tired of having to drive to Columbia for specialty foods--especially with these gas prices.
