Mark is a top notch realtor. My wife and I were buying our first house, Mark made this process less stressful and really educated us on certain processes. He wasn't there to just sell a house h e was there in ensure we were completely satisfied with every detail. He made recommendations and suggestions, he pulled extra time researching and was always available for our questions. He was really patient and down to earth with our limited education on home buying. He isn't just another realtor, Mark made a difference in the process. When it was offer time Mark had it down like science. He knew every angle and educated us on potential problems or things that may arise. Top notch I would recommend Mark every time someone asks because he is a true professional that is a partner in the process vs a sales person.
