      HORRIBLE!!! Rudest customer service employees ever, fake and unhelpful- nice when you sign up after that you on your own, do not expect anyone to truly help you or even want to help you... banking itself is horrible with ridicuolus charges and trust me when I say they don't care about keeping a customer happy
