Took braces off my child before teeth where ever straight. Just terrible. Everything About this place. I over paid. And have been two years trying to get my money back. The staff loses things. Doesn't document phone calls. They lie. they make adjustments on your account and can't explain why. I wish I could give them zero stars. Just awful!!!!!!

I wish I could give 0 star for this man. He has no bedside manners, he is rude, treat the children like a jerk, yell with staff and patients, in my opinion, he should think about retirement, because he has no passion, for what he still does, all he cares is about profit.. Stay away from this man, or you will have a traumatized child.

He has horrible bedside manner...he yelled at my daughter for crying and saying "auch " as he torqued on her teeth. Then he told my husband he needs to "Control my child" and "I should know that I need to do that." "We don't go for that here," he says. All while other patients are sitting in chairs next to us. He is a grumpy dentist who should never get near children and their teeth. We will leave this practice and we really hope this prepotent will be retired soon.

I've been going to Dr. Kendrink for 5 months . I really like him. He is knowledgeable, gentle, and cares about his patients. My experience with him is that he's done at least 2 crowns, redone fillings, as well as a tooth extraction for me which will require a bridge. I think his prices are fair.

The best orthodontist anywhere. They are friendly when you come in and make you laugh. I never feel confused because they make sure to explain what they are doing. The braces feel great and I can't wait to see what my teeth look like after it's all done. If you need an orthodontist this is the place to go.
