About 5 years ago I was a trustee for a local Church. One of the AC’s was making strange noises. I needed to get 3 or 4 bids to fix the situation. Interesting that only 2 local company’s returned my call. The largest in the area who had done both new and repair work for the Church said the cage needed to be replaced for about $699.00. A guy named Carry from Juliano Air-conditioning came out and repaired the cage and charged $85.00. I also own a few rental properties and have called Juliano sometime at night and about an hour later there they were to resolve the problem. Juliano has done a lot of work for me and I can only say they have been there when I needed them, their prices were reasonable and they explain what is needed and prices before starting work.
