      California Cider Company, owned by Jeffrey House, is one of the largest specialty beer and cider marketing companies in the United States. The firm sells Ace brand of fermented ciders. Its flagship brand, Ace Apple is made with pure apple juice. The company s premium fermented cider, Ace Perry cider is one of the first commercially produced and distributed pear cider in California, made from a base of pure apple juice. Ace Berry cider is a mixture of raspberry, blackberry and strawberry juice added into fermented apple cider. Ace Apple Honey is made with 5 percent Sonoma wildflower honey and 95 percent Sonoma County apple juice. Its pub features a wide variety of imported beers, including Wexford, Welsh ESB, Olde Suffolk, Golden Promise Organic Ale and Abbot Ale. California Cider Company is headquartered in Sebastopol, Calif.
