Had the roof maintenance I paid for in Jan. 2013 ($510.) been done I would not behaving the roof problems I have now. If the present damage was present at that time I should have been make aware of it. If there ,it certainly worsened over a 13 month period. There are other roof problems now detected which lead me to believe no one was ever up there. These folks are totally lacking in knowledge, or think I am. Beware.
