The staff at this store is great. I've been going to the store in columbia city for 10 years, but due to massive condo and new PCC chaos, this is such a nice option. Easy Parking, and stress free.

I had a last minute christmas gift to send and was pleasantly surprised when the rate was less than 10$. This was due to the clerk telling me that my package would still arrive on time without going to the extra expense of overnite shipping.

I have had only positive experiences with this UPS Store. The employees are excellent, helpful and willing to check all rates to get you the best deal. Never a long line.

I cant believe this UPS store. I had PO Box address with them for 2 years and one time I received a package through USPS that's worth $2000, they just lost it somehow. I had confirmation from USPS that my package was delivered to them but UPS Store told me that they hadn't got anything. They just kept the package and did not even inform me that I had a package. This UPS store is RIPOFF.
