The Financial Justice Initiative is the partnership of Beth Terrell of the Terrell Marshall Firm, and Daniel Schlanger of Schlanger Law Group LLP. These two seasoned consumer protection litigators have combined their experience, knowledge, and passion for consumer protection law to create a joined force serving Seattle & New York. The primary practice areas of the Financial Justice Initiative include consumer class action suits, FCRA litigation, credit reporting, and identity theft.
