I've had some not so memorable sushi experiences. Sushi is hit and miss, its either good or bad and no such thing as a mediocre experience. The fish was fresh, sauce was not too salty and the rice is heavenly and not crusty! Rice should never be cooked al dente like pasta (or soggy either).
