Seattle's Hot Water Specialists - Licensed & skilled professionals, every one. We engineer, design, install, service and repair hot water heating equipment for both domestic and space heating. Most of our work is residential and light commercial. Domestic water heaters and space heating boilers are what we like. We are experienced with tankless water heaters, high efficiency equipment, atmospheric water heaters, forced draft and direct vent equipment. We service the City of Seattle and surrounding metro area. We are located between Queen Anne and Magnolia in Interbay near Fisherman's terminal.

Excellent plumbers. The Seattle Hot Water Company is a plumbing company. The talked to me on the phone, talked prices before I asked them to come, and changed out my water heater with no surprises. The plumber was very friendly and knew what he was doing. Anthony corrected a problem with the flue pipe and did not charge me any extra. I am very pleased with the service. I had called two other companies for quotes - one quoted me almost double what this company charged me. I now have a good plumber I can trust.

I hired them to fix a water heater that went cold. The came the same day. Martin changed the temperature controller (?) in about 20 minutes. They called me 30 minutes before so I had time to meet them. They are very pleasant to deal with and their price was very reasonable for the level of service they provided. I will use them again. Recommended
