I've been a customer since 2005 when I purchased my house that has an oil furnace. I have yet to make "friends" with my furnace as it never resets quite right when I run out of oil - Rossoe, however is my furnace's best friend. The ol' girl starts right up for them!
I am under contract and the trip to restart my furnace once I've ran her dry is covered. I also always have the same driver filling me up, which is nice since my house is tricky to find and on a dead end that isn't the most friendly to large trucks. The service contracts isn't "fun" but I'm always glad I have it when I need it - which is about once a year! They are also always quick to return my call and have a 24/7 answering service.
Installers were very professional and everything was outstanding! Thank you for everything.

I want to personally thank you and your oil delivery crew for providing same day service I have a house that is for sale and the inspection was two days away and I was having trouble finding a company that could deliver the oil. My tenants had run the oil dry. And without oil the inspectors could not check the oil furnace.

You guys did a great job. A special thanks to our repairman for getting my furnace up and running during this artic blast. We are so happy with Rossoe!!!
