Provided by YP.comThey helped me figure out what I needed. They ordered it. You can;t get that kind of service, only either up-selling or a blank stare at most lighting places/

Provided by DexKnowsNo one would repair my fluorescent reading lamp purchased thru a Brookstone catalog. I'm not an electrician but I knew it was in need of a ballast. John was very helpful over the phone and Robin spent quite some time with me when I rode over to seek a new one. Robin (and John) were thorough, helpful, encouraging, and knowledgeable. A suitable/better ballast was located, a wiring diagram provided, and for $28 a $150 lamp was kept out of the waste stream. Thank you!
