      McCormick & Schmick s Seafood Restaurants is one of the leading national seafood restaurant operators in the upscale dining segment. For more than 30 years, the restaurant chain has grown its business by serving a variety of fresh seafood. The full-service restaurants feature nearly 30 different varieties of fresh seafood. Menus are printed daily, based on product price and availability, usually featuring between 85 to 100 freshly prepared items emphasizing not only traditional seafood, meat and poultry, but also salads and pastas. The restaurants range in size from nearly 6,000 to 14,000 square feet, with a variety of settings, including office towers, high-end retail, tourist areas and the street-level portions of condominium complexes.
