      A while ago I was looking around for an MMA that suited my needs. After trying quite a few local gyms in the Seattle metropolitan area, I luckily found Mat Chess Mixed Martial Arts. I really like the longer class and the instructors are excellent teachers in their disciplines. This is a true MMA gym with jiu-jitsu, boxing, muay thai, wrestling classes unlike most Seattle area gyms. Check it out!
