Half the machines are out of order at any given time. Out of the available machines... half are taken by the attendant doing drop-off laundry service. They're always out of soap or bleach, etc. The pop machine is usually broke as is the vending machine. It's a rare occasion when the bathroom has both soap AND paper towels... let alone toilet paper. I can never get change from the attendant (like when I only need $1 worth of quarters to finish drying but only have a $20 bill). The dryers are definitely set to suck the quarters out of your pocket! The overall impression you get is that the owner doesn't really give a @#&! about the business or the customers.
