Joseph Ihm, MD, is a board-certified doctor in physical medicine and rehabilitation and sports medicine. He specializes in non-surgical care for spine, sports and musculoskeletal injuries. These can include joints with long-standing pain, tendon disorders, arthritis and more. Dr. Ihm works with patients with age ranges from the teens through the entire adult lifespan and with all abilities, with the goal of finding solutions that fit their lifestyle and interests. With treatment options such as physical therapy, exercise, medications and injections, he helps patients get back to the activities they enjoy the most. Dr. Ihm is a Clinical Professor in the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine. He is a Fellow of the American College of Sports Medicine, where he serves on the clinical practice committee for Exercise is Medicine. This global health initiative promotes evidence-based physical activity resources for people everywhere and of all abilities.
