JJewish Family Service is a private, nonprofit social service organization serving members of the Jewish and broader communities in Seattle. Its services for adults and families features counseling for individuals, couples and families, along with special programs to address divorce, domestic violence, addiction recovery and interfaith issues. Its aging and adult programs assist older adults and their families with assessment, counseling and care management. Its services for youth and children include individual and school counseling, along with special programs for teenagers and single parent families. Its emergency services include food bank program, emergency housing, financial aid and intensive case management. Its refugee services include resettlement services, English as a second language and citizenship classes and employment counseling.
