On Monday July 6th, 2015 in early afternoon, I, my sister and close friend who hadn't seen in 30+ years visited the IHOP Restaurant. We almost left the restaurant dissatisfied with the service received from the waitress had it not been for the intervention of the Manager Eric Nelson who stepped in to assure that we would have a satisfactory visit with the IHOP Restaurant on E Madison Street. He let us know he valued us as customers. We wanted to make certain that the management of IHOP and many others know about the sincerity, genuine care and satisfaction exhibited by Manager Eric Nelson toward IHOP's customers. In this regard, and from this experience, we give IHOP Manager Eric an A+ and recommend others to visit this restaurant. However, the wait staff left much to be desired and unable to say anything positive about her attitude and behavior toward us paying customers. May Manager Eric's character qualities rub off on the wait staff towards customers!
