The lock on my door was a special decorative one and the locksmith I had originally purchased it from went out of business a year ago. The wasn’t working properly and so I called Half Price Locksmith Services to fix it. Eric arrived onsite within 15 minutes, took a careful look at the lock, dismantled it, re-aligned the components, lubricated it and refitted it. It worked flawlessly. He also observed a problem with the doors and noticed that they weren’t aligned right, so he even set that straight. Everything works without a hitch now, all thanks to Eric. I called Half Price Locksmith Services up around 6 am in the morning, as the staff was locked out of my office. Mike was amazing. We were locked out of our apartment in Seattle, WA on a Friday night at midnight, with landlord and super out of town and unavailable to help us. Mike came within an hour, and unlocked the door in less than fifteen minutes or more precisely, drilled through the heavy metal door and removed the malfunctioning lock.
