I was referred to Gyrotonic Movement Center by my doctor. I have studied gyrotonics at a several places and found this staff to be very well trained & caring. They seem tapped in to how to meet the client at their fitness level. I have immediate relief from hip pain during my first session. I think I'm on the road to recovery & hope to soon be running competitively soon!
