I went to them for an xbox 360 with red ring problems, they fixed it and said if it ever happens again just bring it in you got a Lifetime warranty. I took it back to get fixed again. and after waiting two additional days after the 5 days they said it would take to fix I called them and they said "oh your xbox just doesn't take to fixing anymore" what a scam! They offer lifetime warranty that they just brush off the first time you try to invoke it! They could at least have had the decency to call and tell me not just make me wait for something they were not even going to do. Horrible experience. DO NOT USE!!!
