Evans Glass came to our home offering a free energy inspection of our window and siding. My husband and I agreed to have them out on a Saturday morning. The person showed up a few minutes late, I didn't like that. Although she made up for it by being knowledgable and offering good choices on the window configurations. I was worried that the windows wouldn't fit with my new blinds, or that I would have to have the blind company come back out and move them. The install team worked really good together. It was a three man crew that removed our windows and replaced them with the new ones. The install did take three days, and it looks really nice. If I could change one thing, I wouldn't. I read the other post about price, and we feel that we got a great product and the price was right in line with the other three companies that offered us a bid. Actually, they didn't play any games and our sales rep, Carrie, got right down to business. We would buy from her/them again!

You wanna talk about con artists? Let's talk about Evans Glass... I'll tell you right now that the sales men are complete schiesters! The first sales person basically told us our windows were rotting out house and had caused so much mold that we would be poisoning our kids if we didn't sign the contract for new windows. The 'special deal' was only for that day...we signed. We had second thoughts and used the 3 day cancellation to get out of it. They sent another salesman by to I guess convince us to follow through. He tried bullying us! Every scare tactic in the book. Good parents would buy the windows so our kids would be safe from mold. It was horrible. He offered us an additional $5000 off. I politely told him to have a good afternoon, thanked him for his time and walked h I'm to the door. As he was leaving, he said to me, "you're going to regret this." Like a threat...yeah, I don't regret it. At all. We did end up getting windows, but not from Evans. Call anyone BUT them...
