She show completed ignorance in basic mental health disorders. She took records that were 6 to 8 years old and made them as if they were recent records. She used every excuse possible to charge more money. She was completely useless for both parents. We just couldn't wait to get rid of her after she bankrupted us. Don't waste your money and time with her.
